Maybe it’s cliched to do this since the Saints just won…
and we’re supposed to be happy right now.
But today could not have played out anymore wonderfully. In my Early Childhood Education and Development Psych class, which is an eight person seminar at 8 in the mornings on Mondays, I realized how it’s exactly what I’m interested in. The psychology of education. What a beautiful thing. The acquisition of skills, consolidation of memories, reconsolidation of those memories. And then integrating these principles into an educational setting. Thatthatthatthat is what I want to be doing.
Also, when we were downtown Friday, I bought some cigars. This is a big step in a direction that I didn’t expect I’d be going down. It was the first time I ever used being older than 18 to my advantage. But good God, I’m looking forward to whatever occasion will merit their smoking.
